An ancient extraterrestrial civilisation introduced life to our world 3.8 billion years ago. Our Solar System was born 4.6 billion years ago, although several other solar systems across the Universe could be at least 10 billion years old.
In this way, according to Francis Crick, recipient of the Nobel Prize for Medicine, this situation makes possible the presence of more scientifically sophisticated societies in our galaxy. In addition, several extrasolar planets found beyond our Solar System appear to support Crick’s assertion.
For example, the planet PSR B1620-26b, situated more than 12,000 light-years away from Earth, is recognized to scientists as Methuselah since it is thought to be about 12.7 billion years old.
What this suggests is that long before the formation of our world, life may have spawned on worlds like Methuselah.
Crick has proposed to the science community that this hypothesis be taken into consideration, according to which life may have been intentionally introduced on Earth by another alien species.
Crick and his friend Orgel said the microorganisms that make life on Earth possible may have been inserted in a spacecraft built solely for the purpose of planting life on other worlds.
Please take into account that these claims are just speculations and hypotheses.
